As per media reports, Mann, who was on an eigh-roadtrip to Germany till September 18, postponed his takeoff as he was purportedly in ‘an intoxicated state’.
In any case, AAP has emphatically denied the charge, saying Mann was not deplaned at the Frankfurt air terminal. The party named it as misleading and silly publicity by political adversaries.
A traveler in the flight said in a message, “The CM was not consistent on his feet as he had soaked up over the top liquor and must be upheld by his significant other/security.”
“Our political adversaries are spreading these bits of gossip to stigmatize our CM. They can’t process that Mann is endeavoring to carry ventures to Punjab. The CM returned according to plan,” the party’s central representative in Punjab, Malwinder Singh Kang, told the media here.
Authorities in the Central Clergyman’s Office guaranteed that Mann couldn’t load onto the flight on account of emanant wellbeing concerns.

Badal requested that the Indian government raise the issue with its German partner assuming Mann was deplaned in Frankfurt.

Saving the charges, AAP’s head of media correspondence, Chander Suta Dogra, said Mann was somewhat unwell.
In the mean time, Mann went to Delhi Boss Pastor Kejriwal’s true home upon his appearance in New Delhi in the midst of the fermenting line on Monday.
The Lufthansa Gathering in a proclamation said the flight left late because of “a postponed inbound flight and an airplane change”.
