A traveler in the flight said in a message, “The CM was not consistent on his feet as he had soaked up over the top liquor and must be upheld by his significant other/security.”

“Our political adversaries are spreading these bits of gossip to stigmatize our CM. They can’t process that Mann is endeavoring to carry ventures to Punjab. The CM returned according to plan,” the party’s central representative in Punjab, Malwinder Singh Kang, told the media here.

Authorities in the Central Clergyman’s Office guaranteed that Mann couldn’t load onto the flight on account of emanant wellbeing concerns.
