On the morning of Monday, Sept. 19, the Lying-in-State will end and the Casket will be taken in the motorcade from the Castle of Westminster to Westminster Monastery, where the State Memorial administration will occur.
Following the State Memorial administration, the coffin will go in the procession from Westminster Nunnery to Wellington Curve. From Wellington Curve, the last resting spot will go to Windsor, and when there, the State Funeral cart will branch out in march to St. George’s House of petition, Windsor Palace through the Long Walk. A Committal Administration will then, occur in St George’s House of petition.
The Queen passed on Thursday at 96 years of age, in her home of Balmoral Palace, enveloped by close family.
